I did a thorough research/reviews on different water & sand tables. This one is one of the top ones at an afforable price. My daughter does mix all the sand & water up so it won't stay like the neat photo displayed. And of course, the sand on her feet makes it into the house. I will give her a break since she is only 2.5 yrs old. So, if you aren't concerned about the mess, she does like the sand a lot and it is better than bringing all the water into the house. Sand at home depot $4 for a huge bag. Hope this helps.

THIS TOY IS SO MUCH FUN AND VERY EDUCATIONAL. IT WAS MADE WITH ALOT OF VARIETY TO KEEP LITTLE ONES ENTERTAINED. GREAT PRODUCT.

My boys love this toy! We never added sand, just water. When we had a birthday party this is the toy everyone (ages 2-5) wanted to play with all day, even though we had rented a bounce house. And because it has three different towers to put the water it keeps the fighting over 'mine' down a lot.
The only issue we've had with it so far is the plugs. They worked decent at first, but over the first week it started leaking more and more... we've done a temp fix but plan to just find some plugs that will fit it elsewhere. It's still a great toy and worth buying!
